Mortgage Lenders Do The Monster Mash
Freddie Mac as Freddie Kruger and Fannie Mae as The Blair Witch
Starring in one of The Largest Financial Horror Freak shows.
Their stocks just swallowed a grotesque 45 percent razor cut to their shares.
It's a bloodbath of hemorrhaging losses of value all over the place.
This is just like those scenes in campy scary movies:
Chicks are always wearing highheels while running from the killer.
Hot looking people always get killed first.
Cars won't start.
If the car starts, the killer is always in the backseat .
At least at the end of these movies, we can all go back to our real lives.

Over 4 Million Victims Of The Mortgage Wars Are In The USA...RIGHT NOW!
Yes, that's correct...
And, that number is growing.
Who are they?
They are the victims and refugees of The Mortgage Wars.
A Horrific Credit-Debt Financial War that was crafted and executed right here on our own soil....in our backyard. Right under the well-paid noses of all of the checks and balances of our vast economic system. The blame lands fully on the greed barrons that we allow to have the privilege to serve our system.
They sucked the last life out of it with their bizarro investing products, exotic mortgages and trickery lending practices.
If you think that I am off on this, do some research on banks, subprime lending, the federal reserve and hedge funds. Most of them are/were tied to both sides of the mortgage grid. They made money on all aspects and pumped up the phantom equity in asset values. This makes junk bonds and Michael Milken look like kitty cats, compared to the voracious raptors that ripped through the system in creating the mortgage crisis mess. Lex Luthor would be jealous of their diabolic labyrinthine skills!
After the main course of chewing up your home equity: They strapped on the belt extender and went back to the buffet for seconds...and thirds.... The Gordos-Of-Greed ganged up on homeowners with their promises of super low rates now that they could refinance out of later before the adjustable.
MMMmmmm, yummy... greed is tasty ...your home .... your financial security ... your peace ... your well-being ... your family ... your dreams ... digested down into the great financial gullet!
Today - over 9,000 homes are going into foreclosure everyday and there are an average of 4 people per home that are now lost and seeking refuge.
There are an estimated 4.4 million people that are now in this growing population.
And, there is no sign that the number will drop.
On the contrary, that foreclosure population number is growing.
We have had the 6th straight quarter of record foreclosures reported.
Now, there are 1.5 trillion in serviced mortgage loans that are due to reset.
And, when they do...more foreclosures will be the result.
And, even more refugees.
I read in another post on the web that the borrowers that signed their mortgages should have known better. And, it was like being told by your parents to not touch a stove. You did it anyway, and got burned. So you learned your lesson.
I see it a little differently....
this was like being told by your parents that some of the stove burners are red hot ... some are somewhat hot ... some are a little warm ... not all of them will burn you. Avoid the ones that will burn you. Here, sign this piece of paper called a disclosure to verify that we warned you.
So, you were curious ... and appropriately naive ... you touched the stove anyway.
And your entire arm combusted into flames!

The Declaration Of Independence

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America
hen in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. The redesign of that Gargantuan-Gallon-Big O'Jug of Milk boasts new features of better price, enviro-friendlier and cuts costs.

...Oil?
Did you know that we live in a time where oil could just become apart of our history? Can you imagine?
We could actually live our lives without the once black gold that has now become the tightening noose around our necks. Yes, it's very possible right now. In our time, we could make this disconnect from the oil cartels.
As a result of these out of control economic issues and forecasting frenzies, our dysfunctional relationship with oil could end. We have been messing around with oil way too long. It's time to admit that we are so over oil, and to end it.
I know that many of you think that there is no way to go on without it.
Trust me, we all can.
We need to be open-minded, diligent and pioneering our other options. What are the possibilities?
Wouldn't it be great to have other fuel sources that do not kill us - economically and environmentally? How about renewal and sustainable fuel sources that we are in control of and not some other obscure billionaires?
Can you imagine that...we make it, we control it and no one takes it away from us.
I hope that I am retelling it like this to my grandkids someday...
You see kids, there was this black oil that we went to war over, it strangled peoples lives through their finances, it pulvorized the environment and we just could not figure out what to do. And, then a little while later, we all got together. Started using our creative minds and these amazing ideas formed. We developed equipment and processes for energy. Life was much better!
It will be a great story after we make it happen, and oil is a distant memory.

Being The CEO Of Your Life Means That You Have To Let Someone Go...That Dysfunctional Debt Relationship
You know that it's time...
For the last few years, you have just been going through the motions. You've stayed together for what you thought were the right reasons.
There are other people to consider in this relationship... kids...family...work...I mean what will they think of you?
You have needs, and if you break it off now...what will happen next? Isn't this the same way that everyone lives their lives? You just keep telling yourself that this is normal. This is how it's always been.
You will get another job.
Make more money. Maybe you will sell something? Find a way to cut back?
No, no, no, it's too much. Its been going on too long.
It's time...It's time to tell your Banker, Creditcard, Lender and all other Creditors what is really on your mind. I am just not that into you, anymore! We are done. Through, over and nada!
Oh, yes, they will tempt you with their offers. Their sick little tricks to get to you.
How about an extended due date? Maybe we could skip a payment? We could see about a higher limit? Do not fall for it.
You know that the whole thing has been sick from the beginning. There was no way that this would end well. Nothing like this ever does.
Although, at first it was so special.
It was new and exciting. They captivated you. Buy now, pay later...

Oh, it was torture with their wild sexy credit ways. They danced and dazzled you with their pretty plastic. Yes, yes..you signed your consent without one single reading of their terms and conditions.
Who cared? Not you.
There it was...the shiny plastic card with your name neatly embossed on the front. And, they revered you with their praises of being their platinum account holder. They bestowed their gold member status as an honor equal to your credit stature.
Awww, it was a delicious mana to your spending mania.
You soon became reckless and unabandoned. Trips, clothes, gifts...whatever and whenever. Charge it, charge it... Buy now, pay later.
It was so easy.
It was so freeing.
Then, life happened. As it always does. Changes occur that are beyond your control, and it makes it's ugly way to you. Gone is the sweetness that loved you with credit. The Concubine of Credit has disappeared.
Now, It's Debt Monster That Darkens Your Door.
Debt is a Mean, Ugly Beast.
And, It wants to devour your life.
It wants to stand on your head and smash you into the dirt! Debt doesn't care if you have a life, a family or anything. It's the mean monster that will never leave. It calls you 50 times a day. The notices are confetti flying from your mailbox. A ticket tape parade announcing your lateness! It burns through your bank accounts with it's late charges and over balance fees. It Stalks, Harasses and Worries You Until You Are In A Forever Free Fall Financial Hell-hole.
And, here you are today....
Standing at the crossroads...
Looking out into The Great Abyss of No Credit...
Is there life out there? Really? Beyond Credit? Hello?
This is not a sad, doom, gloom tale. This is one of celebration!
